Referent: Markus Klein

cim Referent Markus KleinFor more than 20 years I have been working in the IT business with a focus on Microsoft technology. After the first few years I had "Information Worker" (windows and Exchange) as my focus. Later, I started to deal with System Center products (MOM 2000 and SMS 2.0). Since the availability of System Center 2010, my focus has shifted to Service Manager and automation. Already during the beta phase of Katal 1.0, the first version of Azure Pack, I have trained myself and since Azure Pack 2.0 completely focused on it. Since the early beta of Azure Stack, I have been responsible for large customer projects (increasingly in the service provider and enterprise environment. In May 2011 I have founded the Service Manager UserGroup and received a lot of support from the private cloud team of Microsoft. The SCSM UserGroup became the building clouds community and finally went to Azure Meetup Münsterland and Ruhrgebiet. From 01.01.2013 – 30.09.2017 I was an MVP in Datacenter & Cloud management and regularly as a speaker as well as in the "Hands on Labs" and "ask-the-experts" department in Germany and abroad. Since 01.10.2017 I have been working as a TSP – Technology solutions Specialist – (hybrid) Azure at Microsoft Deutschland and in addition I am running the website and on Twitter you can find me using the same handle.
